Avga - Egg mayonnaise garnished with salad
Skoti - Pate with salad garnish served with toast
Meechta - All three Greek dips - Taramasalata, Houmous and Tzatziki served with pitta bread
Keftethes - Meatballs of mined lamb, oregano, parsley, dill and onion served with a piquant tomato sauce.
Main Course
Stifado - Cubes of tender beed slowly cooked with small onions, tomato, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves served with rice.
Moussaka - Minced lamb cooked in tomato sauce in layers of courgettes aubergines, potato and bechamel sauce served with rice.
Kettethes - Meatballs of minced lamb, orgegano, parsely dill and onion served with a piquant tomato sauce.
Chicken Kebab - Skewer of chicken kebab dressed in tomato sauce served with rice.
Chicken Oriental - Chicken with Chinese curry sauce served with rice.
